Practice Schedule Notes for July 29-31

  1. NO Colman practice on Thursday, July 29.
  2. Practice in the afternoon (Thursday, July 29) at Juanita will start at 5:00pm and run until 6:30pm for Silver and Gold.
  3. Practice in the afternoon (Friday, July 30) at Juanita will start at 5:00pm and run until 6:00pm for Bronze and 6:30pm for Silver and Gold.
  4. 8 & Unders will practice at Columbia Athletic Club on Thursday, and do their Dive Practice on Friday from 5:00- 5:30pm. 
  5. High School Group will practice as normal- no changes.
  6. There will be no Saturday practice this week, July 31.
