Aaron Kastner
Aquatics Manager - Redmond
Recently moved to the Seattle area from Louisiana. Worked through part of high school and college as a headguard at a local parks and recreation center before taking a break to finish a degree in Microbiology/Biochemistry from Louisiana State University. Now back at it and excited to be starting a new path with Wave Aquatics.

Sophia Claphan
Wave Swim School Director
Sophia recently moved to the Seattle area from North Idaho. She has worked in aquatics and taught swim lessons for over six years. Since graduating from the University of Idaho, Sophia has been looking for a place where she can use her background in education and love of swimming. She is excited to be joining Wave Aquatics, and helping run the Wave Swim School.

Mariele Wenzel
Aquatics Manager - Juanita
Born and raised in Everett Washington. Mariele's swimming background started in 1998 with the Everett Park Sharks. Mariele was raised in a Foster Home and swimming has been a consistent positive influence on her life. Mariele has been teaching on the Eastside since 2013. She loves helping young minds overcome their fears and encouraging them to continue their growth in and around the water. She enjoys helping educate people about water safety.

My name is Kayla Wiley and I have a background in Event Management and Recruiting. I was born in Seattle WA and I love to spend my free time travelling. I am passionate about what I do and am always looking for opportunities to help bring people together to create meaningful experiences. Reach out to me if you are ever looking to work at WAVE! Nate Paulson
Aquatics Manager - Redmond
Growing up in Lynnwood Washington, for the past 7 years he has dedicated his life to the aquatics industry. Nate has years of experience leading and managing aquatic facilities, and is very passionate about teaching young adults the importance of lifeguarding and water safety. He is excited to embark on this journey to mentor a new generation of Wave Aquatics.

Aquatics Manager - Juanita
My name is Cambria Dawn. I have worked in Aquatic Management for over 7 years and been a lifeguard and swim instructor for over 15 years. Since moving back to Seattle from San Diego, I have been looking for a place where I could use my background in Management and love of teaching Water Safety. I’m excited to be a part of the Wave Aquatics team. See you at the pool!
