LAKE WASHINGTON MASTERS
Lake Washington Masters is a U.S. Masters Club Team that swims year-round offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for adults (18+) of all ages and abilities. Our team has a variety of skill levels ranging from fitness enthusiasts and triathletes to former Division 1 collegiate swimmers and Olympians.

Practices take place at the Juanita Aquatics Center. Workouts are always challenging, but we make it fun by accepting that challenge and supporting our teammates every step of the way.

Our Lane 1 swims 100 yard repeats on a 2:00 interval
Our Lane 4 swims 100 yard repeats on a 1:10-1:15 interval
