NEW DASH REGISRATION SYSTEM
Starting January 2026, we will be using a new registration system for all programming
We will continue using iClassPro for the rest of November and December 2025, but everyone will need to make a new account for the Dash system ahead of time to be ready when we switch at the beginning of January 2026.
There are two steps in the process of setting up your Dash account:
-
Create an account in Dash through this LINK
-
Fill out a Transfer Form so we can move any punch passes, credits, scholarships, and priority registration status over to your new account
SWIM SCHOOL NOTE: If you are planning to enroll in Session 1 of swim lessons for January, you must create your new account and submit a Transfer Form by December 3rd at the latest. This will ensure that we can transfer over your information and set up your priority registration status before registration for Session 1 opens on December 8th.
PUBLIC SWIM NOTE: You should create your account now, and submit the Transfer Form, however we will not be transferring punch passes to your new account until the beginning of January. This will ensure that you are still able to use your punch passes through iClassPro for the remainder of 2025.
Wave Swim School Changes
With this transition to Dash, we are also implementing some changes to how our swim lessons program works, and all of these changes are going into effect with Session 1 of swim lessons in January. Here is an overview of what is changing for swim lessons:
Registration Changes
The Dash system allows us to choose what time registration for swim lessons will open, so registration will no longer open in the middle of the night. If you have a moment, you can fill out this survey to let us know what time you would like registration for swim lessons to open.
8-Week Sessions
We are moving to an 8-week session length, instead of our current 4-week sessions. This means that you will only be registering for lessons every eight weeks, instead of every four weeks. This also means that students will get eight weeks with their instructor, instead of four, which will help students improve their skills more quickly. Session 1 in January will be January 5th through March 1st.
New Evaluation System
The Dash system does not have the same online evaluation capabilities that iClassPro has, so we will no longer have online feedback for students. Instead, we are transitioning to an in-person feedback system. During the week before registration for the next session (week 7 of the 8-week session) we will end classes five minutes earlier to allow time for parents to come discuss student progress with the instructor directly. This will be evaluation week, so your instructor will let you know if your student is ready to move to a new level, or if they should stay in the same level when you talk to them. If you ever want more information on how your student is progressing, you are welcome to talk to the Deck Manager and plan a time to sit down and discuss your student’s progress.
